Overall Experience was pretty good. Wait time did take a little longer than other locations but the experience itself was average.

SHOCK is all I can say. Stay away from this dentist. She is a rude unethical dentist. My wife took my daughter to see her for a specific problem. She insisted that we do a full mouth x-ray. Told my wife, in front of the child, that if she did not do a full mouth x-ray, the state would take away our children. Refused to give her a treatment plan , or anything to show what she was billing the insurance. Said that if we wanted a treatment plan we needed to pay her $80. RUN don't walk from this dentist. The staff was rude too. They turn ugly when you don't allow them to do whatever they wish.

I took my daughter to California Dental Care for a consultation for braces, and I have to say for once I didn't feel like a dollar sign. Dr Z and her staff were great there was no hard pressure v pitch, just great service. Their prices were reasonable compared to other estimates I received. My daughter is happy, I'm and I will definitely will refer all my friends and family to Dr Z's office.

Please do me a favor and never go here. Dr. "Z" as they call her never checked out my teeth. She simply glanced and and tried to charge me $250 for a cleaning, even though I had insurance. After I told her I could not afford it, she had no more time for me. She left the pain in my mouth and my cavities when undiagnosed. She's the worst dentist I have ever met.

Please everyone be carefull. Dr. Z should not have a dental license. They overcharge you, make you wait hours in the lobby, make you feel guilty if you question your insurance copay. I am a concerned mother. My daughter has developed severe tmj pain after dr. z finished her braces. I have gotten second opinions from other orthodontist and I have been told that the damages are irreversible.

Pretty good overall visit WITH Dr. Zee. Staff was bit busy at the time so I felt a bit rushed, but other than that worth the time and money.

The worst Dentist ever had my braces done there she would never see me on time would have to wait hrs to be seen and when I finally went in for my appointment she had her staff do all the work ........she's a money hungry dentist

The worst experience ever!!!Money hungry is all I have to say. When they realize that you are onto there sceeming then they turn into monsters. Its all rainbow and butterflies when you first go in however when you decline any of their additional B/S work they turn ugly. I should of read the reviews before going to Ms. Z. I would have saved about $1,000.

Dr Z is a very bad and unethical dentist she is unfair and does not care for her staff nor patients. She would ask the staff to go on line to give her good reviews and I don't know why she is a Uni provider in which she hates hmo pt she is a money hungry dentist and the way she relates to her pt of they don't pay is horrible she treats her staff unprofessional.. I won't never go back

The worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I have never had a cavity or any issues in my 40 years. She walks in for a few seconds, states I need a deep "sonic" cleaning and that I need to pay her $120 before she will do anything. When I asked just to get the normal routine cleaning, her hygienist flosses my teeth and tells me that would be my cleaning. When I complained and threatened to call the insurance company, they apologized and brought me back. However, I decided to leave as I had no confidence in this dentist, as money seems to be her priority. I would warn all patients to stay away from this dentist, as your health is not her priority.
