Its a shame that money-grubbing, unempathetic people like Cindy handler go and decide to become a family care physician. Her admin staff is downright miserable to deal with. She herself barely ever sees the patient. And when she does, she rushes me through the appointment without even giving time to any of my concerns. I HATE my doctor.

Dr. Cindy Handler was on call for my primary care physician after hours. From the moment she responded to the page she was rude and short with me. Her tone of voice was condescending and she exuded bad attitude throughout our entire interaction. I was appauled at the poor service I received, especially at a moment when I needed medical advice.

They used incorrect code for medical procedure, insurance company refused to pay and it took a very long time to correct the error. I will never go back to this office,

Office staff rude and terribly incompetent. They mess up anything they touch. Dr. Handler is too busy to pay proper attention to patients and the medical care provided suffers as a result. Shame on her for becoming more concerned with the almighty $$$ than with patients care.

Office staff very rude with an attitude. Dr. Handler is now too busy to see you and pawns off minor to medium issues to LNP who has now misdiagnosed 3 things for my family. But Dr. Handler still advertises "seeing new patients" and packs in as many as possible.

I think the longest I've ever waited was 20 minutes and that was for a sick visit. Has no problems refering you to a specialist that may be better able to diagnose your problem. Always quick to get your test results back
