Recently, my son had a distressing encounter with Dr. Chermak. Equally disappointing was the arrogance displayed by the office manager, Joanie, during multiple phone calls. The key point here is that not every patient will have a positive experience--life presents challenges. What truly matters is how the practice responds!
Instead of working to address concerns, my initial review was swiftly removed, hoping it would go unnoticed. There's a glaring lack of empathy and genuine effort to enhance patient experiences. The way you treat patients who endure long appointment waits should be a source of embarrassment. Your reaction to criticism should evoke mortification. It's not merely about financial gain--it's about ethical principles.
We implore you to strive for improvement with every patient encounter, as you've unfortunately fallen short for many already. PLEASE STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE.
