As an adult, it is very difficult making the decision of returning to the preadolescent stage of braces. However, I, a 31-year-old woman, decided I would take on this challenge. Having braces as a child, I understood the entire procedure. Dr. Saini and his staff made me feel completely comfortable and moved the process along quickly. Dr. Saini was very efficient when aligning my teeth and my overall treatment. He was always available in the event of an emergency. I had a minor emergency and was able to call him directly on his cell phone (highly unusual for patient-physician relationships). The staff always greeted me with smiles and good conversation. My treatment only took about 11 months, but within those 11 months, I felt as if I developed a wonderful relationship with Dr. Saini and the staff. I noticed that teenagers would tend to have a great rapport with Dr. Saini as well. Overall, I would not change a thing about my treatment or my orthodontist! Thanks Dr. Saini!!!

We are a military family who moved here from out of town. Dr. Saini took full advantage of that! He wanted to charge us full price and start over. My son had already had braces for 1 1/2 years. They were far less than helpful or welcoming. They charged us $230 just to take pictures, before we even signed anything! Needless to say, we found another Orthodontist in the area who was willing to continue treatment and not rip us off. If you are transferring treatment - do not start here!

Dr. Saini and his staff are terrific. I am an adult patient with a quite complex case. Dr. Saini corrected my bite with a 23 month treatment plan, that included visits at least every 6 weeks to his office. From the initial visits, Dr. Saini demonstrated to be an outstanding doctor, addressing very openly all questions I had and potential scenarios. He worked very closely with my dentist and oral surgeon in an excellent manner. He made me feel extremely confident throughout the process and today I feel so much better about my dental health. I am very thankful to Dr. Saini and his office team for their dedication and excellent work.

I got better service and half the price with an orthodontist in Gaithersburg. He had much better credentials and had more previously satisfied patients (for over 15 years) than this place.

Recently I had braces put on my upper and lower teeth to correct a bite problem. Dr. Saini did my orthodontics and did a fantastic job. He is very pleasant, very patient and is very good with instructions that accompanied the treatment. The staff in his office are very calming and attentive and make the office a very nice setting where you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would recommend anyone , children as well as adults to use him for their orthodontics.My treatment only took 1 year. He is an excellent dentist and orthodontist. No pain, very comfortable with the use of his technical skills and a very pleasant person to have work on you.

I've been a patient of Dr Saini for 6 years now. My braces came off 4 years ago, but he's been seeing me for follow-ups ever since...for absolutely free. He's taken care of every single doubt, worry, or concern I've had, and most importantly, my teeth look beautiful. I still get compliments on them everywhere I go. Of course, keep in mind I was also a great patient and followed his instructions to a T, so don't expect perfection if you don't do your part. In summary, Dr Saini cuts costs NEVER corners. He's not just an orthodontist - he's an artist who puts his heart and soul into everyone's smiles.

The staff at Clarksburg Orthodontics are always nice and professional. Dr. Saini and his ortho techs are highly experienced and the time that we thought it would take before the braces came off ended up being much sooner than expected. The cost was very reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Dr. Saini is very pleasant and good at what he does. My daughter is on phase II and we can't wait to see the results. Erin and Dawn are always a pleasure to work with as well. The downfall is that the treatment coordinator/receptionist is very snotty and rude. By looking at the other reviews I see I'm NOT the only one who has experienced this.
