I have gone to Dr. Heller's practice (Women's Life Cycles) for over 10 years and I have more respect for her than any other Dr. I have ever seen. She is the most knowledgeable OB/Gyn you will find and is always willing to go the extra mile for her patients!

If you are considering her as a doctor please ask your friends for other recommendations. Her staff mixes up patients and appointment times. She has been over two hours late for an appointment. She is unapproachable. I was pregnant for the first time and I thought I may be in labor but didn't know. I called her and got this response "How am I supposed to know if you are in labor? It's your body." She forgot that she wanted to induce me a week early and I had to call the office to remind them. After I left her care she charged me eighty dollars to have my records faxed to my new doctor.

Dr Heller is ALWAYS late. The minimum time I have waited for her was 1 hour, at most 2 1/2 hours. The only way to see her is if you have a gyn problem or are pregnant other wise you see a Nurse, who in turn are usually late becuase they have to deal with the Dr's patients because she is at the hospital. When you do get to see the Dr, she rushes you through your visit, it's hard to get a word in edgewise. Her staff is just rude. I stood at the check out counter for about 5 min one day because onee checkout lady was talking to the other checkout lady about her baby (who was in the office) This conversation was not about business, I should not have been made to wait. This same lady was breast feeding her baby in plain view of all the patients, not covered up at all. This is not professional at all. Staff memebers will usher their relatives through faster to see the Dr so they don't have to wait as long as the others. Use another dr, unless you don't value your time.
