To anyone thinking of seeing this doctor, I have to urge you in good faith to stay away. I'm not sure precisely where Narendra Tohan received medical training, but his bedside manner is frankly alarming, and a good bedside manner is one of the most important characteristics in an OBGYN. His poor method of dealing with patients may be the result of cultural differences (he wasn't trained in the U.S., although I've had several doctors trained abroad, who are amazing) or something more personal. Don't decide to visit this office simply because he's willing to see new patients or can see you sooner. Trust me on this one, and take the time to find another doctor.

Only doctor who doesn't rush you. Genuinely cares for his patients. Knowledgeable surgeon with incredible bedside manner. He is incredibly thorough.

AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS! this Dr was rude, argumentative, NO bedside manner (not want I want when I have to go through a gym appointment in general!) I went for a routine, yearly, preventative exam (as covered by my insurance) so I can continue my birth control. after an appointment which took over an hour of him asking a ton of questions and then he started throwing rx's at me, i was informed I would have to pay again for any more than 2 months of BC at a time (he wants the money he gets from charging his patients for extra appointments no other Dr. anywhere requires) He then billed my insurance company improperly so I got stuck with a #390.00 Office visit charge, and he refuses to fix it and is argumentative and discourteous and rude about it. Then I get billed for $1600.o0o worth of additional testing he decided to do without my knowledge and sent it all to a lab that is out of my network, even though I was assured it would be sent to an in network lab. This office is the WORST!

Dr. Tohan is a specialist in gynecology and endocrinology. The best doctor I've ever had in my life - he listens, he doesn't rush you, you don't feel like you on an assembly line. Caring, professional and a vast knowledge in his field.
