My husband has been her patient for 12 years. She has been professional and serious during an emergency, friendly and at ease during routine check ups. We prefer seeing her at the branch office in Montezuma. There is a wait time, like most physician offices, and we bring appropriate items to make good use of our wait time. She has been conscious of our financial situation and works to find affordable medications that are effective.

There is always at the least a one hour wait time , with a scheduled appointment. Staff seems very indifferent and unconcerned. I would not choose to use Dr. Jones again. Her beside manner leaves much to be desired.

3+ hour wait each visit. Ridiculous!!!! Everytime I bring my grandmother it takes 3+ hours befoIre you ever see her. They may bring you back to the exam room after a 45 min-1hr wait but after they take your vitals you will wait about 2 hours or more before being seen.

Mediocre doctor. Doesn't seem to care that her staff makes mistakes in scheduling, even when causing great inconvenience to patient.

She needs a nurse who can return calls not only to the patient, but also to other providers who call on behalf of the patient.
