I'm very grateful to be Dr. slade's patient for the last number of years since my other doctor i had over 20 years retired. With my high anxiety, I'm glad to say she had me at "hello". Her friendly, personable and patient nature has a calming effect on me. She is very knowledgeable and i honestly don't know if I'd still be here without her help.
Along the way, I have tried different medications and also offered others which i may or may not have tried. Of course it was my decision and Dr
Slade was always supportive in whatever i decided. I do have medications that work for me right now. Also, I would like to add that if you have no insurance, Dr Slade will help with coverage if she can. In reference to the last comment of "dr script", i was so shocked and infuriated to realize how immature and narrow minded some people are. Dr Slade is the doctor and part of her practice is to offer these medications as a treatment. She has the expertise and experience in her field and knows the available options. NOBODY is by any way forced to take a medi cation if they dont want to!
I want to thank Dr. Slade very much for all that she is and for all that she does.

A patient who was waiting for her husband when I was waiting for my appointment said they call her ´Dr. Script’. I now know why. She is way too eager to fix your issue with a prescription. She does not seem capable of much else.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Slade. She is straight up with me and calls me out on all my bulls*it. Which I need. She remembers even small details about me and my life, and is always caring and compassionate towards me. I’ve been seeing her monthly for about 7 years. She has to be one of the most patient doctors I’ve ever seen, especially when progress is slow or I backslide. I feel like she’s always got my back. I wouldn’t be here without her.

Great Doctor for prescribing Drugs. She has absolutely no idea of what goes on in the real world She can be easily manipulated for drugs.

If you want meds she is the one to see. If you are looking for someone to give you guidance and insight to deal with pressing emotional issues then you are better off with Dr. Google.

Staff typically polite & pretentious, much like Dr. Slade Herself. Punctuality is their main agenda, & paying the bills of course. Only Helpful to Themselves. Their Knowledge is Limited... Zero stars for everything but Puctuality. This is what is to be Expected from Most of Eastern Health. Zero.
