The one star was just so I can post a review. My actual rating is far below -2. Dr. Rad just recently extracted my bottom Wisdom teeth on Monday. If I would’ve read the reviews prior to going I would’ve waited and went to a different clinic. It was the most traumatizing experience I’ve ever had. I’m not talking about the pain, that’s another story. He is arrogant. Extremely sexist. I guarantee you, you’d be better off going anywhere else but here. He was rude the whole time, before, after and during. He’s rude to his staff, who are amazing people. He treats them like garbage. Right after the extraction, I remember crying in pain. My handicap father was there to accompany me thank God, and after being bullied by Dr. Rad I was extremely relieved to see my dad and asked him to hold my hand. I was in so much pain. The one nurse recognized I was hyperventilating and she tried to calm me down, Dr. Rad rudely stopped her and screamed at me while saying “YOU’RE ACTING LIKE A THREE YEAR OLD” My dad was shocked. Too shocked to even speak. He was about to cry. I was like “dad you know that’s wrong, you know that’s wrong” he’s like “of course that’s wrong, but you believe in karma right? Karma will take care of him.” Dr. Rad walks out while telling my dad, “this only happens with females” my dad was furious, the disrespect. My dad worked the restaurant business his whole life so he knows how to avoid drama and rude people. He was just ready for us to get out. He didn’t bother entertaining any of his rude comments. But me? Now I’m crying hysterically because of the pain and treatment I had just received.. with tears pouring down my face I asked the two nurses “Why would he do this to me?? I don’t deserve this” the male nurse spoke up and said “you don’t, I’m really sorry” the female nurse just looked at me with empathy, but I could tell she was too afraid to speak up. But she was trying to comfort me, just knew she’d get bullied by him if said anything. I feel so bad for his staff. The male nurse walked us out to the car, apologizing to me again for their surgeons actions. I could tell he’s used to this which sucks. And an update on recovery, my lip and chin are completely numb, which means he hit a nerve. Both sides of my cheek have been cut. He completely butchered my mouth. Besides the arrogance, the job he did was insanely fast and rushed, and based off his energy towards me prior to the extraction I’m convinced he purposely gave me nerve damage I see now why they call him the butcher. Fitting. Please don’t risk your health, impacted teeth or not you’re better off waiting for anyone else.
P.S… I think the few 5 star reviews on here are fake, done by him. I mean, read them. You can be the judge of that yourself.
