Staff recently changed. Incredibly rude and incompetent. Not worth the money.

Charged me $200.00 for a 10 minute consultation. Was not told beforehand this absurd fee. Felt so betrayed and insulted. I hope I can save one person from going to her.

Office staff is lovely, but Drossner is as nasty as they come. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and go back more than once, but she's pretty consistent. I also found her large (she must be over 6 feet tall) stature and strange social skills to be uncomfortable. She makes weird, too long, eye contact and it makes you feel dumb or demeaned. She's just a strange doc.

I have gone to Dr. Drossner for many years. She is one of the most brilliant, thoughtful, caring physicians that I have ever encountered. She is snap on time for appointments and great with followup. I drive 70 miles from Barnegat just to see her; she is that good. She has treated me for eczema, skin cancer, and shingles. When I was hospitalized in Atlantic City for shingles she called me daily to check on my progress.

I went to her after asking over the phone if she treated spider veins. I got there, she brought me into a room, told me she did not treat these, then charged me for a full appointment. Her staff should know what they treat. She was very rude when I protested about the fee.

My husband and I have gone to her for many years. She helped my husband with his melanoma and various other skin cancers and me with a variety of skin problems. She is wonderful at diagnosing and right on target with the treatments.

I brought my 17 year old daughter to her for a growth on her scalp several years ago. Dr. Drossner looked at it and exclaimed, "WHOA!!! I've never seen that before!" My heart almost stopped. It turned out to be a benign tumor, but the problem was that the actual words she said to us were, "it's a benign tumor". Why a doctor would use the word tumor and the word benign (my daughter said later that she didn't know what benign meant, all she heard was tumor and thought she had cancer)is beyond me. It struck me as being a bit unprofessional and insensitive. She was very knowledgeable and helped my daughter, but her bedside manner left a bit to be desired. She was a bit quirky.

I went to her several years to remove a mole on my thigh. She did not have a lot of eye contact with me (first appointment) and took off the mole so fast, it was if I never had a chance to decide. I don't know if it is because of the location of theskin or her technique but the scar never receded. I was interested in some basic cosmetic procedures and she clearly did not want to spend the time to discuss same. She seemed to push expensive topical products. There are enough derms around that the patient does not have to put up with gruff docs. Office staff was nice though. Had to wait about 30 mins. for a 2 min. session.
