Stay away , sorry but very shady office billing staff, tell you one thing then bill another way , nothing but problems and very un professional staff throughout the office

These people are not honest. They will bill your insurance for work that was never done. People pay a lot of money in health care premiums and this is wrong. I had them do a crown for $700. I payed $326.00 of that amount which was 40%. When I got my statement from my dental insurance saw that they billed $1,250.00 and they got $700 from insurance. They claimed they did a cleaning that was not done, X-rays that were not done and an exam that was not done. So they got $1,236.00 for a crown that should have bean $700.00. STAY AWAY!!!

I have lived in several cities and states and this is the worst dentist I've been to. Not just his work, but the mentality of his office staff.

My spouse and I went to this dentist over a two year period. Before relocating to another state we both had crowns done. The dentist has a machine that makes them on the spot and requires a 4 hour appointment. After the crowns, we both immediately had sensitivity pain that required over the counter pain relievers 24 hours a day. We sought help from a new dentist at our new home state. That dentist confirmed that the crowns were inferior. My crown, while acceptable, could have been done better according to my new dentist. I have recession along my gumline which causes sensitivity and the crown should have been made to cover that. However, my husband's crown needs to be replaced. It does not cover the tooth and also has a hole. Dr. Arch refuses to reimburse our insurance for his faulty work and a replacement crown will have to be paid out of pocket until this is resolved.

If you have the first appointment of the day at 9am expect Dr. Arch to arrive sometime after 9:10. It's not too hard to notice since he parks right outside the front door. Nothing like leaving better parking for your patients.

Dr. Arch is also currently on probation. Don't believe me. Read for yourself...
