There are some really great doctors here, Fegley is absolutely the best doctor you'll ever find- but unfortu ately you'll only see her once during a pregnancy. The practice has gotten quite large and impersonal.

1. We found the staff at Manassas office very unresponsive, unfriendly and unprofessional. 2. Getting a morning appointment was always like a big task. 3. The practice dropped our case at 32 weeks mentioning no reason. 4. And even though the insurance settled the amount, their billing department still is taking months to refund the amount they owe us. 5. Overall had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Fortunately, we found a very good practice that took our case at 32 weeks and things went well.

Very bad availability and time management. I was kept waiting to be seen more than 60 minutes on every scheduled appointment. Also, from week 37 could not get an appointment as recommended. Things seem to go down hill from the time their fee were fully paid. Booking and time management is a real problem for Manassas OBGYN. I would not recommend or choose this facility again.

I have been through 2 very stressful pregnancies and this office has held my hand through both and made me feel very taken care of !! I was seen by all the Drs and love them all!! I have 2 incredible kids to thank them for getting here safe and sound. Waiting to see a Dr is normal in a office rudeness of a staff is unacceptable and I have in 15 years never had a bad experience with any staff in the office. If your unhappy a new office might be the next step.

Do NOT use this practice if you ever want to see an actual Dr.! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get appointments with them! Even if you do luck out and are somehow able to scheduled an appointment with a doc, it is likely that the doc will be "overbooked" and you will see the nurse practitioner or physician's assistant anyway. I am nearly 34 weeks pregnant and have almost never seen the docs, there are still two I haven't even met. I'm not thrilled at the idea of having some complete stranger deliver my baby! Staff is not friendly, seems very uncaring. Do NOT use this practice for OB! It is a shame because some of the doctors (from my limited experience with them) are quite good (Fegley, Kang) but you realy won't ever get to see them, so it doesn't much matter.

Currently seeing doctors here for my pregnancy. All have been friendly and answered my questions. There are two offices (Manassas and Gainesville), and we have found the Gainesville office to be much better - it is quieter, less crowded. Both offices are generally 15-30 minutes late for appointments, and the doctors always seem rushed. We've begun writing questions down so that we don't forget during our limited time. We've had a few minor mixups. For example, when I went to have bloodwork done for my glucose test, I learned they'd given me a form for an "ob panel" (which you get when you first learn you are pregnant). A quick call to the nurse at the office and I had a new form and went in the next day.

I agree with all the other posts here. This practice does have some really good doctors but the chances of seeing them are slim to none. You constantly see one of their PAs' and they are always late. I have had problems with pregnancies in the past and they wouldn't even take my call seriously until I had my Family Practitioner contact them!!! BE WARNED!!!

Was on hold trying to make an appointment for 15 minutes when someone finally came on and asked me if I could hold again. After another 10 minutes I got a recording saying they couldn't take my call and to leave a message. I left a message yesterday and so far nobody has returned my call. Have been a patient at this practice for 20 years and this is inexcusable. They just get worse and worse every year. I had a questionable mammogram last year and the hospital notifed me that I needed to come back for another and after several attempts to get a doctor to call me back about what the problem was, I gave up and went straight to the radiologist at the hospital.

Agree this practice is the WORST. Staff is rude, don't return phone calls, and never on time. I'm still waiting for results from blood work conducted 4 weeks ago despite 6+ phone calls from me. As well, waited over 1 hour the past 2 appointments I had. Only saving grace is Dr. Michele Fegley, she's the only reason to ever go there.

The worst. I'm sure some of the doctors are competent, but you can't pick which one you go to - they force you to rotate. Most of the time you won't see a dr at all. Nobody is following your case with any interest. Had two complicated pregnancies, couldn't even get them to talk to me, much less make an appt. When I did get in, they acted like I was overreacting to the symptoms. First pregnancy ended in miscarriage, and dr advised me to call the minute I got pregnant again so I could go on progesterone. Called after second positive - neither my husband nor I could get them to make appt, talk to a dr, or even pass message until we were at least eight weeks along. Sonogram at 10.5 weeks showed that this baby had also recently died. Had a d&c for this pregnancy, and dr didn't show up until FIVE HOURS after scheduled surgery time - the whole time I was in gown on gurney with no info regarding delay. If you want caring, competent medical care, don't go here!
