Excellent, technologically advanced office. Staff handles all dental & insurance concerns with ease. I started coming to Dr. Hartwell as a child 25 years ago and would not consider going anywhere else. Now my husband and I bring our own children. We have referred many friends or work acquaintances to Dr. Hartwell and they have always been delighted with his gentle, detailed manner and the courteous, knowledgable hygienists. I never even feel it when he has to give me a shot. My coworker's root canal was painless! My insurance is not listed above but all claims are handled in a timely manner and we only owe our deductible or co-pays. Various discounts and innovative programs make things even more affordable. Plus there are specials on bleaching, financing, orthodontics, etc. Sometimes I have had to wait 10 minutes beyond my appointment starting time but the office is popular! If I had an emergency, they would fit me in so I assume that they are doing that for others.

Excellent service, excellent staff, outstanding quality of work. Experienced, modern, friendly....I can't say enough good things about his practice. You will not regret becoming a patient.
