OFFICE AIDES AND NURESES HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS AND THEY GOT FRUSTRATED EASILY. ON THE FIRST VISIT. DOCTOR SEEMED IN A GREAT HURRY TO GET ME OUT OF HIS OFFICE SINCE I WAS GOING FOR A CONSULTATION. I HAD LITERALLY SAT DOWN TALKED TO HIM FOR LESS THAN 1 MINUTE AND HE SCOOTED ME OUT. DIDN'T GIVE ME A CHANCE TO ASK QUESTIONS AT ALL. BEING THAT ITS ORAL SURGERY I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I WAS GETTING INTO BUT HE WAS VERY DILIGENT IN GETING ME OUT SO THAT HE COULD SEE HIS NEXT PATIENT. THE CONSULTATION HAD NO POINT HE DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING USEFUL AND WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. HE THEN QUICKLY SCHEDULED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR ME FOR THE SURGERY) I NOTICED THAT HE HAS THE "US NEWS" BEST DOCOTOR AWARD BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING, HE TREATS THE PATIENTS LIKE THEY ARE RAGS AND PUSHES THEM AROUND LIKE THEY'RE HIS SERVANTS. TERRIBLE BAD SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER ORAL SURGEON.
