I am very happy with the treatment and service that I have received at the Dr. Novack office: (1) I have seen several dermatologists, but could not get an answer to my question. Dr. Novack was able to give it to me in a second. That emphasizes her experience and knowledge. (2) Some problems she could not fix as she does not the equipment, but she recommended me other good professionals. (3) My daughter is 12 and has mild-to-moderate acne. The other two dermatologists that I had seen before recommended antibiotics for 6 mo or birth-control pills (the kid is 12!). Dr. Novack prescribed us some quite simple but effective staff that made my daughter happy and did not harm her body. The recommendations of other docs would definitely harm her. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend her to anyone who has dermatological issues.

I wish Ontario would clone her! She is wonderful, compassionate and a breath of fresh air! You can totally relax around her and she makes you feel like opening up without any fears. She has been my M.D. for over 20 yrs. and I wish my daughters could be fortunate enough to have her as well!

Dr. Novak is the best doctor ever! The only downfault about Mary being your doctor is that it is virtually impossible to make a prompt appointment. If it's important though she will take you asap. She is knowledgeable, comforting, and covers all measures when checking you out. She has been my doctor for over 20 years and would recommend her to anyone!

She is always so helpful,I've been going to her for 18 years. The only problem I have is,you can't get an appointment with her for 3 weeks.
