Dr. Eappen is totally incompetent. He wrongly diagnosed my diabetes 5 years ago as Type 1 when it was really Type 2 and put me straight on insulin when it wasn’t necessary. I was disgusted by his lack of empathy and arrogance. Thankfully, I have found an amazing endocrinologist since then who basically told me that Dr. Eappen didn’t treat my case properly and damaged me forever. Even a zero would be rating him too high.

Staff completement terrible, zero proffesionel. Le Dr. Roy est terrible, se fou completement de son travail, evaché dans sa chaise. bureau en desordre. Se fou de toi. N'aller pas a cette clinique!!!

Expérience terrible. Je me présente avec thyroïde opérée + hyperthyroïdie, 1 visite depuis 8 ans, dr. très mécontent de ma visite, car "risques minimes de cancer" et "des milliers de personnes en attente de consultation"!

Mother saw him for years, he was miserable, rude and if she mentioned something that was going wrong - he never referred her to anyone else who could help her. He just shrugged it off and said that wasn't his job. She is in her last months of life now at 55 by result of symptoms she mentioned to him. Thank God this "Dr" is going to retire and stop being one of many negligent people in our system.

Absolutely well educated and great endocrinologist. Very professional, knowledgeable and understanding when a patient is suffering. He is trying his best to do tests necessary and referrals to get to the point of the disease. Happy patient here!

Patient du Dr Eappen depuis plus de 15 ans. Il me procure des soins d’une qualité incomparable. Reconnu pour avoir un doigté précis & des mains très soyeuses lors de mes examens de la prostate. Je le recommande vivement à l’ensemble de ma famille ainsi que mes voisins.
