I only went to this dentist because he told me he was an expert in correcting my condition, a malocclusion, that was caused by ill fitting dental work. He didn’t correct my malocclusion, he only kept me in this misaligned position and in horrible pain. He removed permanent dental work and replaced it with ill fitting temporaries that leaked/dug into my gums and this prevented my gums from healing. Another dentist told Mr. Urich in writing, to put new temporaries on me that fit correctly. He refused to do this and while my jaw was still misaligned, he tried to mislead and deceive me into unnecessary/harmful full mouth reconstruction costing $40,000.00+, which includes 4 adjustments, he then charges $1,295.00 per adjustment. He also told me he has to redo this work every 5 years for another $40,000.00+. Instead of returning my $7,000.00+, he used his insurance company to intimidate me, they belittled what Mr. Urich had done to me, they made fun of my very painful condition, etc.

Although polite, this dentist will not be able to meet the basic patient needs! High office turnover rate! Don't waste your time, money, and emotions!

After visiting a number of dentists, I finally felt comfortable with Dr. Urich. He has a great bedside manner and very gentle approach to dentistry. His assistants also have been excellent. His office runs very well and is well equiped for comfort. Recommended.
