My mother and I are new patients of Dr. Palcu and I must say so far he and his staff have been amazing and incredibly caring, highly professional and over all a wonderful experience for us both, he takes his time with us and always listens to all our concerns, his secretary is friendly and always gets back to us quickly when we leave a message, I am very happy to have found our new doctor and look forward to many yrs. of working with him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Palcu for over 15 years. He is a caring a knowledgeable doctor!
He always takes my health concerns seriously, referring me to have the necessary tests for the right course of treatment. He does not over medicate and advise on improving health by modifying lifestyle, eating habits and exercise.
I found all his staff to be courteous , professional and helpful.

I don't usually write reviews, but reading some here, pisses me off.
Look, if you are already a doctor and know very well what your problem is and how to treat it, why go to a doctor in the first place? Google it, and he ... save your time, treat yourself! Let the natural selection to its work.
But if you think you should go to a doctor, then better trust his judgement.
I have been Dr. Palcu's patient for many years now. In the beginning, my visits to his office were primarily sports-related injuries. I even had a meniscus laparoscopy, and Dr. Palcu participated in the surgery process.
I always trusted his advice, and time proved he was always right.
Nowadays, my visits are mostly "old age" issue related.
Can I get an appointment the next day? No. Not always. Depending on what my issue is, I get an appointment sooner or later, but mostly he'll see me in a few days, a week or so. Why ? Because he is busy! What does that tell me? It tells me he has many patients, which he would not have if he weren't a 5-star doctor *****.
You can make an appointment by calling in or by emailing the office.
Do I have to wait in the waiting room beyond my scheduled time? Most of the time, yes. What does that tell me? It tells me he is busy, and he also takes his time with his patients.
So cut the cr** and be realistic. Dr' Palau is a great doctor, and the truth is, you think you are better. That's the problem.
Also, his staff is always polite. Whoever says differently is simply lying!
And that's all.

Oh, one more thing. Somebody below said, "Not only is he repulsive [...]". Really. Do you hear yourself? Hilarious.

Never able to reach this Dr. Voicemail always full. In the office, the waiting time is minimum 1 HR, often 90 minutes. Overbookings are normal w very little lack of consideration for patience. Changing secretaries regularly.. they all leave.
