Unbelievable how bad my initial vist was. Phelan's practice of medication should really be a concern! I'll never go back

Dr Phelan is without a doubt the best Dr. I have ever seen. My experience is completely opposite to the other two reviews. Other than Dr. Phelan, I have never visited a Dr that actually spends time with you, actually listens to you. By far, the very Best MD i have ever visited.

I agree with the review which states that there is one particular nurse who is rude and also that this Doctor herds you through like Cattle and is dismissive of patient's complaints. This Doctor fails to help patients and treats us all like we are hypochondriacs. And, in speaking with other people who were former patients of this Doctor, I am not alone. He failed to diagnose MS in one patient, failed to diagnose Venous Reflux in another. I concur that it is best for patients to seek another Doctor for their primary care and avoid seeing this one.

The office staff here is very friendly. They can also usually get you in within a few days when you call. The wait time has only ever been ten to fifteen minutes, so that's not bad either. However, the only nurse we've ever seen there is cold and somewhat rude in my opinion. I feel like every time I've gone to this doctor he has herded us through like cattle and downplayed our symptoms to the point of making me feel like a nuisance or that a visit was unnecessary; and I am no hypochondriac. We only go one to two times a year on average. We will seek a family doctor elsewhere.
