I made an appointment for my wife to to see Dr Sinatra 3 months in advance for 2:15pm. I called the day before the appointment and explained we had to leave for the airport at 3:30pm, and the staff assured me it would not be a problem. On the day of my appointment we arrived early and sat in the waiting room until 2:45. My wife approached the staff to make sure she can still be out by 3:30 and she was told “it’s not enough time and need to reschedule”. The only options they gave her was more than one month out. Never apologized, and some staff was making rude remarks in the background. Very unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience at her office! The office itself is very neat and clean and the staff are very warm and efficient. Dr. Sinatra was an amazing doctor, explaining everything beautifully. She knew exactly what she was talking about and I did not doubt her abilities for one second. I absolutely loved her and her office and will be returning!

Dr Melanie Sinatra made my world a brighter place. My neighbors recommended Dr Sinatra for my recent cataract surgery. I noticed at my first visit that Melonie (she introduced herself to me as Melonie), Is a perfectionist, has a passion for career, and is a bundle of positive energy! The stars are brighter and the sky is bluer now that I have 20 20 vision again. Thanks to Melonie!

She's out for the money alright $3,000, out of pocket before my surgeries. This after the lab had already cut my implants to specific size. Why, I asked. Direct quote, "Dr Sinatra wants her money." Last visit she berated me in front of 2 of her staff. Once when I 1st came in, waited 50 minutes, she returned to treat me, and started in again with the person closing the case. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Seen this doctor multiple times and her care is excellent. Her front desk staff is horrible. They have no respect for time or appointments and very little concern when you cannot sit there waiting for 2 hours. Unacceptable. And it’s a shame bc the doctor is excellent.

Dr Sinatra gave me better than expected outcome for my cataract surgery. I am seeing better now that I can ever remember. I had complicated Lazick done just 10 years ago (recommended by another Dr), which quickly turned into bad vision, then into cataracts. The calculations were very difficult for my replacement lenses. It took days for Dr Sinatra to be 100% sure everything was right. I am now amazed at being able to see even better than 20/20! I never expected this after what I went through with the Lazik problems. I was a little nervous during the surgery, but right after I was seeing better and better as the minutes and days went by. Wow, it's so nice to see without glasses for the first time.

Unfriendly staff with the exception of 2 people. Waited over an hour to be seen for a infants appoitment. Took at least 1 person before us when that persons appt was after ours since our issue was minor, which should not matter in the case of a baby. Would not recommend to anyone with children

I have a great respect for Dr. Sinatra as an accomplished professional. Had cataract surgery on both eyes with great results.

Dr Sinatra prescribed (or administered) eye drops that caused my mother severe "infection-like" eye irritation. She then prescribed antibiotics. Sinatra did this again and again, never realizing that she was administering a medication to which my mom was seriously allergic. After changing to a retina specialist, were told that Dr Sinatra had improperly installed her cataract lens. Very unhappy.

Dr. Sinatra is the best. I could not have asked for a better experience. I had cataract surgery and my results are even better than I expected. Dr. Sinatra is highly skilled and I would recommend her without a doubt.
