Dr. Jaffe treated me like family. He picked up on another surgeons and radiologists misdiagnosis. I was living in Florida at the time of my injury aboard an airliner. I chose my medical treatment to be back in New Jersey where I was based. Dr. Jafffe was an awesome surgeon, bi-lateral shoulder reconstructions, he was a kind friend to this stranger. Call him if you need orthopedic help!!

Dr.Jaffe is amazing...he was very compassionate and sympathetic of my situation...he explained to me in full detail what procedure he was going to do and what to expect...he is very thoughtful of his patients...his staff did an outstanding job as well...thank you....

Dr. Jaffe and his staff are a class act. I first met Dr. Jaffe in 2004 I've had 3 knee surgeries since then the last being 2010. I've worked for UPS for 21 years, some day I will need a knee replacement because I'm bone on Bone and there really isn't anything else he can do for me at this time. He doesn't like doing surgeries just to do a surgery. I respect that about him, he makes you feel comfortable every time your in the office. You never have to feel awkward about asking any questions for him. He will draw your knee on the paper or show you on the MRI what the problem is. His office manager Valerie also is very helpful for any questions you have or any paperwork you need, Valerie is the best. Thanks for taking care of me. Frank

I was having a problem with my shoulder. My primary ordered an MRI and sent me to an orthopedic surgeon who immediately wanted to do surgery! I was not happy with this surgeon or the recommendations made. I went to see Dr. Jaffe he sent me to eight weeks of phsyical therapy and it has been six months and my shoulder feels great! I highly recommend this surgeon for an additional opinion! He is not quick to do surgery and listens to everything you are saying! He has a nice staff too!

WOW! Where do I begin? I have been a patient with Dr. Jaffe since November 2006. Two surgeries from working as an EMT. This Dr is very very good at what he does. Polite? he is really polite, helpful? He calls you back when you leave a message. And if you dont understand it, he has the patience to explain it and hear what you have to say. I am glad I had to drive an hour away to have a doctor like him. I would more than just recommend him to my family. More like my family, friends, church members, neighbors and patients. I pray that no matter what ortho injury I have, i have Dr. Jaffe as my doctor. You want someone on the top of their game? You want a fast recovery? You want someone who has your health in mind? After visiting five surgeons, Dr. Jaffe was the only one to figure out what was wrong with my knee. He is extremely knowledgeable and also takes the time to explain. He even showed me how to read an MRI after I told him that I was interested in medicine. I couldn't say enough positive things about Dr. Jaffe that would do his practice justice. He's the best.

The doctor is extremely professional and tries to make you feel like you are very special. He has a first class staff. They greet you with a smile when you come in the office and they try to answer all of your questions in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that they NEVER run on time. I would highly recommend this doctor if you have an orthopedic injury
