Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable. Answered all questions. He did both my colonoscopy and endoscopy. His medical team during both procedures were excellent. The application of concious sedation during the procedured was excellent and well monitored. After procedure, he came by and delivered results. No complaints.

Dr. Arora is nice and knowledgeable and caring.
But office staff are hard to get a hold of.

staff is unreliable for returning calls for scheduling. staff puts one on hold for 10 minutes without explanation. doctor does not return call.
