My husband scheduled an appointment for a routine colonoscopy consultation in May 2023. During the consultation, Dr. Rowe recommended an abdominal scan, which he underwent after the appointment. However, due to the inclusion of this additional test, the office did not bill the insurance as a routine consultation. Without sending us a bill, they automatically charged his credit card (on file) $215. He didn't know about the charge prior until he got the notification from credit card app. After numerous calls with both insurance and Dr. Rowe's office, they said would escalate the case for resolution. Unfortunately, we have not received any further communication from them, and it is now September 2023. We are vey disappointed with Dr Rowe and his office's billing.

This doctor has a real attitude. I initially saw the Physicians Assistant who wears a white coat and looks like a doctor. NOT... Missed diagnosed my problem. Not happy

this doctor was arrogant and immediately defensive when i provided him with some research i did on my own regarding IBS; i had questions and concerns. he did not address/expand on them. he told me i was not "on board" to get myself on the way to wellness. i would not recommend this doctor.
