He is incompetent as a Dr. Almost cost me my life. Also, had his license restricted then suspended in Dec. 2022, is not allowed to be alone with women, check with CPSO, shameful.

Dr. Assad has been my doctor for over 15 years. I found him when I found out my precious doctor was retiring. I mentioned Dr Assad to my precious doctor and she actually called him to have a conversation with him. She was happy with the choice I made for myself and my family. He is caring sympathetic and knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

There are sometimes issues with waiting times, HOWEVER this a common problem. He took me in as a patient no questions asked after my car accident. A few years after my car accident when my mental health took a turn for the worst, he was there and his assistant got me an over the phone appointment the next available business day and he immediately did everything he could to get me the treatment that I needed. He is also doing everything he can to get me back into the physical treatment I desperately need that my auto insurance has deemed Not reasonable and necessary. Vaughan is a far drive for me, especially dealing with crippling driving anxiety, but he is always worth the drive.

Always 45 mins late. Took over 4 weeks for him to even call to make an urgent referral for me. Failed to perform key checkups during routine physical, which resulted in a near death experience. He also canceled multiple appointments. I would not recommend him. Yes he is nice, but I have no confidence in his medical practice.
