My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 7 years and the first day we met with Dr. Brown he said, "you will get pregnant". And he was right, we are now expecting twins and we are sooooo excited. For all the woman out there who think you'll never get pregnant, I was in your shoes. Just hang on to the hope just a little bit longer, it will happen. Good luck to all of you.

We were treated like cattle and had to fight to get any kind of communication from his office. We did two cycles of IVF that failed. My issue isnt with the fact that the IVF did not work, its with the fact that my husband's sperm should should HAVE NEVER BEEN USED TO FERTILIZE my eggs. Upon discussion with my regular OB/GYN she explained that DR.Brown should have put my husband on medication,Clomid, to improve the quality of the sperm. If the quality of the sperm is poor then the fertilized egg is poor and even though we had more fertilized eggs frozen, she said it would be a waste of time, money and stress to try IVF with those eggs. I have spoken with other couples who have used DR.Browns office with similar experiences.

My husband and I started this process in January 2014. IVF failed May 2014 and I didn't even received a call from any of the nurses to advise me. Dr. Cabrera had called me at 7:15pm to apologize for the failed IVF. Needless to say that I was lost of words from the shock of his words and he paused and ask "Did you not get a phone call from Jenna" and I responded NO. Since May 19th, I have tried unsuccessfully of getting a return phone call from anyone until Sara called and told her that I am going to another clinic. At which point, Rachel contacted me and apologized for the staff; however, that does not stop them from answering my emails, my questions or returning phone calls. Dr. Brown was very friendly during the procedure and Dr. Cabrera is very honest. But a change of staff is needed to done, because I am left with the feeling that it is all about how much money they can charge their patients like myself who is wanting to go through the end of time to conceive a child. Heartbroken.

Dr. Brown and Emily (his NP) are awesome...the office staff is polite & friendly, but can be somewhat inept.

I have had a positive experience with Dr. Brown and his staff. He has always been very confident that we would get pregnant. Had several IUI's with no success and then opted for IVF. We got pregnant on our very first IVF cycle, though unfortunately we lost the baby at 12 weeks. When we went back to Dr. Brown I was adamant about not using the blastocysts we had left (we had 11) and starting over and using genetic testing to ensure that I didn't miscarry again. As I sat in his office crying he looked at me and said "have faith in your eggs". We decided to do as he suggested and we got pregnant again with our FET cycle. I am now 8 weeks pregnant and hoping and praying that we have a successful pregnancy. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Brown again. His staff is wonderful. Emily, Lisa, and Holly were available by phone or email and returned both in a timely manner. Regarding the wait times...you WILL wait! Usually 1-2 hrs. This they could work on.

My husband and I saw Dr. Brown as a second opinion. He was about and 1hr and half to 2 hrs late and only saw us for 15 minutes. He rushed through our appointment and was not much help. He suggested we try the IUI. We paid $1000 for this treatment which did not work and never heard from them again. The staff was always rude and with an attitude and not very helpful or knowledgable. When we asked for our medical records they charged us which they are not supposed to if its for medical purposes. The blessing in all of this is that we left a Brown Fertility and went to Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Dr. Winslow and his staff were so nice and attentive. He explained things that no other Dr took to the time to do. On top of that the IUI treatments at F.I.R.M cost only $475! We could have done at least two cycles of that with what we paid Brown Fertility for just one. My opinion: save your money and time and do not go to Brown Fertility.

Dr. Brown's expertise gave us our now 1-year-old son. We went through one round of mini-stim IVF after consulting with him, and ended up with the outcome we were seeking. We are incredibly happy to have sought out Dr. Brown's assistance in creating our family. (This isn't to diminish the wait times or staffing issues we encountered during our IVF cycle, however. I found that it really helped living a 90-min drive from the clinic, since the staff was willing to let me take the first appointment of the day. Those appointments were quick in-and-out, so I could drive directly back to my office after the appointment without missing the entire day. 7 AM appointments are amazing!)

This place is all about money! They charged us hidden fees and the staff at times seem to have no idea what they're doing. I highly recommend going to a different clinic.

Waited over 2 hours for my initial appointment. Now the won't return phone calls from me or he pharmacy in regards to authorizations for medications. Waist of my time and cycle. Guess I will be taking my business some place else.

Once you see the dr, you will be pleased. He is knowledgeable with an easy going, friendly approach to patient care. However, they need to work out some serious issues with scheduling. I never waited less than an hour for a simple sonogram. At this time, I'm sitting in the office and I've been waiting 2 hours. I find it inconsiderate and it creates unnecessary anxiety.
