Dr. Hillel Cohen was my doctor for several years prior to his retirement. He was always kind, very professional and thorough. I only wish that all doctors could be this excellent.

Had to wait in office. No one there knows anything about endoscopy procedures. Was told no limits on drinking, only food. In surgery Dr Cohen had to be told twice that I was NOT there for a colonoscopy but only an endoscopy. Told to wait after surgery to talk to doctor. Waited 2 hours. Finally told he would call me that day. Didn't call for the next 3 days. During his rushed call said he would send prescriptions. It was a week and 2 calls before he sent prescriptions in. We discussed the next endoscopy and agreed on a date. He said to call the office to schedule. Office refused stating I needed to come in for an office visit. On call Dr. Cohen said I needed to go to an allergist for EOE. Office didn't have this info. Had to wait 2 days to get referral. They referred me to an allergist that doesn't take my insurance. That office referred me to another allergist that did a back prick test. Afterwards found out for EOE it needs to be a food patch test. I paid before the surgery and now I have 2 bills. Very unhappy with the office staff and this doctor.

Dr cohen is very warm, attentive and smart.
He has treated me, my husband and my daughter and we could not be happier with the excellent care he provides.

November 21 2017.....my wife has a pain in her stomach...we have been to the office several times and called shekeena several times a week and left messages and only once got a call back
we keep getting the run around and the run around and we get no results we have been trying to get this resolved since july .......we are fed up with getting the run around ....we want results...not a mix up of the medicine........I would not at all recommend this doctor except for his friendly ness

I DON'T KNOW WHO IS WRITING THESE NOTES BUT IT IS PROB FOLKS THAT R PAID OFF TO WRITE GOOD STUFF THIS OFFICE & THE DR. ARE RUDE AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DIS RESPECTED BY THE DR. AND .. I WAS TOLD OFF AND TALKED DOWN TOO THE OFFICE WAS SOO UNORGANIZED. THEY LOST & MISPLACED THE REFERRAL OR DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO LOOK , WHEN MY DR. SENT IT AS A FAX.. THEY LOST IT?? SERIOUSLY.. AND THIS WAS THE VERY 1ST DAY... TODAY I GET A NASTY REACTION & SOO UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.. THE TEAM OR DR. OR HELPERS DID NOT EVEN CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG .. THEY R THIEVES.. WHY THE HECK DO THEY MAKE ME DO TESTING & SCANS, WASTE DAYS & HOURS OF WRK & THEN DISS ME .. AND BLOW ME OFF... I DON'T CARE IF THEY R READING THIS EITHER ... THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL & WILL BE DEALT WITH.. THEY TELL ME OVER THE PHONE .. OOH ITS OK OR THE DAM RESULT. THAT IS RUDE , IGNORANT , STUPID & UNCARING...... I PRAY THESE FOLKS WILL SEE WHAT THEY R DOING TO PEOPLE....

I felt comfortable the second Dr Cohen walked in the room. He is super friendly, patient, and caring. He diagnosed me correctly at the first visit, and his medication and diet regimen worked perfectly!

Very positive experience! Dr. Cohen is patient, courteous, professional and has excellent bedside manner. He explains everything in a thorough manner and does not seemed rushed at all. He even went over all of the potential side effects of the medication that he prescribed. He definitely cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He is a keeper!!!!

Dr Cohen is a caring, attentive , smart, and patient doctor. I always take my elderly grandmother to her appointments.
He treats her with respect and dignity, as if she was his own grandmother. These kinds of doctors are hard to find today!!!
