Staff is very rude and not willing to work with patients. Called as a new patient as on my insurance it states they cover, she cut me off immediately and multiple times did not let me finish talking and then starting getting rude when I was trying to explain. I asked her to let me finish talking and with attitude said "excuse me?" Do not come here.

Dr. Sundaram is in her own little world. She asks the same questions every visit- but writes notes about your life. She basically wants the appointment to go as fast as possible. She never listens, I mentioned a few times how I felt I was not doing very will with my depression and nothing, it wasn't until I was in tears she listened and changed my meds. Dr. S is very messy, her office, her desk, even herself look like its been through a burglary and someone trashed everything. Even with all her faults, she is the only Dr. who has got me on the least meds possible with feeling "normal", a previous doctor had me taking 8 different meds.
Her staff is unorganized, and seem afraid half the time. They are horrible to talk to on the phone, I needed the dr. to call in an rx for me, and they didn't know what meds I was taking-- "it wasn't in my file"; then asked me to spell the generic names for the meds I take, I barely know how to spell my own name. Her staff seems under-qualified, unprofessional, rude, and, to be blunt, stupid.

Every aspect of this practice is a reflection of the doctor, and every aspect of this practice is terrible. Caveat emptor.

I've been patient of hers for over 8 years and am thrilled with the service I get. She's knowledgeable, direct and helpful. Her staff is excellent and I've never had an issue getting an appointment. Very good doctor in my opinion.

Terribly unorganized, charged me twice, and crappy advise. Called her office in an emergency, heard nothing back. A few days later on my cell, she asked me to hand my personal cellphone over to the pharmacy to fill an RX. I told her that was ridiculous and a violation of HIPPA. She said "oh it's okay". The Pharmacist was like "Ummm... I can't do that. She has to call our line." She's an idiot.

She is so cold. Every time I went in she would not stop looking at her watch. I went in to talk about depression and she kept saying it was because I was fat. I loved my body before I started going to her. I'm still depressed and now I feel fat and ugly. Her staff ALWAYS messed up my appointments. I also found it odd that her staff didn't do the billing the doctor did. So each time it was like "well 15 minutes are up I need your copay."

this doctor should be disbarred. She kept me on 8 medications over the past couple of years, witnessed my suicide attempt. Writes you whatever prescription you ask for, no discussion, no concern, no compassion; took myself off 7 of them and was feeling 100% better and all she was concerned about was furiously documenting all of this to cover her butt without any encouragement or support. The office is totally disheveled and antiquated. She talked about one of her patient's medication so the whole waiting room could hear. Very unprofessional. A danger to the profession!
