Waste of time. The tech person was wonderful and kind. Everyone else.. don’t bother. Dr Esser misgendered my partner consistently, asking offensive questions like, “But what is she really? A boy or a girl?” And even using “it” as a pronoun replacement. You should be ashamed having 20+ years experience and not having basic training in gender. And as the patient I should not be responsible for teaching you.

Fraudulent business practices. Billing me for a "no show' when I never made an appointment with them. No paperwork on me, nothing signed and now having to take legal action against them. They have nothing except there standard answer "no show". No kidding, I never made an appointment and in fact had to look up this person to see who they even where.

I have Ben a patient of Dr. Esters for over 10 years. I drive from Seattle to see her. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, genuinely caring. I highly recommend her and staff.

Her staff are awful (except Sarah), friendly at first but when it comes down to knowing how to run a business and paying bills they would rather lie through their teeth and charge YOU for their mistakes, literally. They would rather call you the liar than fix the problem that THEY created. So disappointed. There is NO communication between them or organization for that matter, they down right do not know how to run a business, be a business woman or handle problems that they create over their own stupidity and miscommunication. Unbelievable. I'm hoping Dr. Esser is more understanding and a better business woman than that but they claim she is on their side and is of the same understanding as they are. Yeah okay, good way to run clients off.

I have been a patient of Dr. Esser's for 6yrs now. I had spent many years going from doctor to doctor to find out what was wrong. None of them were willing or didn't seem to care. They all just wanted to give me PILLS. Seemed like a Band-Aid. Then I found Dr.Esser, she listened & together we found the problem. 1 surgery later I'm happy to say everything is great. No more pain. Thank You for all you did for me.

I also thought she was a fine doctor until I had something wrong with me. Then I found it difficult to deal with the staff and the doctor. Her bedside manner was lacking and my time was not taken into consideration. It took weeks just to finally get a doctors note for some reason and I also left the office in tears after another appointment. The last time I went there was for a routine Vitamin D level recheck and I was told that I had to go to the hospital for this and was treated strangely. Turns out the staff member had mistaken me for another patient whom had a miscarriage but she had a form in her hand with my name on it. The doctor realized what was going on and pulled me out of the waiting area to tell me that the staff member had me confused with another patient! Do not go to this office it is run horribly.

Dr Esser is an excellent listener, knowledgeable medical practitioner, and holistic in her approach. I had seen 2 female gynecologists in Seattle, both were overwhelmed with my 50-ish gynecological problems. Dr. Esser was unfazed, thorough, and professional in determining the best course of Tx for my condition(s); which included a Hx of cervical cancer w/o hysterectomy.
