He is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen! His staff is great and he will personally call to deliver results. He is kind, patient and understanding. He is assisting me in starting fertility meds and is so wonderful! He never makes me feel rushed and takes the time to answer all my questions. I will never see another obgyn besides him! A +

I was referred to him for PCOS. He prescribed the same medicine that my primary doctor had already tried. He did perform a lot of lab tests first. He was also patient on giving me the lowest dose possible to see if I could tolerate the metformin er. My only problem with him was that he did not perform any tests but lab tests. He did not even perform a physical exam when I was due for one. He would just do a little and then have me come back again & again.

My daughter has a brachial plexus injury due to her delivery. I just wish he would have told me it could be a BPI instead of saying it was her clavical-misinformation on his part and that could have cost my daughter big time if not for my researching skills on her injury. Shame on him and other doctor's who misinform.

I've been seeing Dr. Mac for several years and wouldn't think of seeing anyone else! I recently had a baby, but due to complications early on Dr. Mac had to transfer my care to specialists. He called to check on me during that time and even called the NICU to find out how my son was doing after the delivery. He is straightforward, honest, sincere, and caring. Highly recommended!!!

I've had 2 babies under Dr. MacFarlane's care and have rarely waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. He is very knowledgeable but sometimes seems to be in a rush.
