The moment Dr. Fretzin walked in the room he was already checking his watch. I had a pretty complex concern -- but he rushed through everything in about 5 minutes. He didn't take a thorough medical history and didn't seem to really listen to my concerns/symptoms. I would NOT recommend Dr. Fretzin, and I am going to another dermatologist. Very poor "bedside" manner! On a positive note, the office staff was really good and things ran smoothly. The receptionist was polite and helpful on the phone and the nurse was very professional and kind. End determination: Staff is Excellent, Doctor is BAD, BAD, BAD.

I had a very good experience. He spent alot of time with me, explained my diagnoses, and treatment options. I got better and would definitely use him again, as well as refer him to family and friends.
