Excellent job crowning on a broken front tooth. Will definitely go to Dr. Gassett for future procedures.

I love this office! Dr. Gassett is extremely honest and the staff is just wonderful. I had a claim that was denied by the insurance company and Dr. Gassett wrote a letter to the company and took time to speak with the insurance agent to make sure the claim was paid. In my experience, this office goes above and beyond to please their patients. I've referred many friends and family here and will continue to do so. Thanks Apollo Beach Dental for all the hard work!

This dentist office agrees to accept insurance and accept the amounts that the insurance company will pay. Patients see him for dental services due to this. Oh, look...here's a dentist that will take the insurance I pay each week for. After the service is performed, his office overcharges the insurance company and sends the patient a bill for the difference. 100% coverage for a cleaning and x-rays is 100% coverage. If he accepts the insurance company's terms why am I getting a bill from his office. Don't go to this dentist. I wish I never had.

dr. gasset may seem nice but did not talk to me after my son had 3hrs of work done. he left it up to becky his asst. i also will add that she along with most of staff are not very friendly. we have been patients there for two years and dr gasset can not keep staff. it is now worse because he has nobody to help with insurance and give correct estimates. but he expects the balance to be paid when procedure is done. i am moving to a new dentist.

Doctor visit was fairly punctual and professional. Witnessed several unprofessional/tense conversations between doctor and staff but at least did not feel my health was at issue.

I found Dr. Gassett and his staff to be extremely wonderful! From the time I walked in the door, the office manager was super friendly, and not to mention extremely beautiful. I'm pretty sure she mentioned she was Dr. Gassett's fiance during our brief chat. The office is very clean. The hygenist Kelley was extremely knowledgeable about every question I had and Dr. Gassett made me feel extremely comfortable during our exam. I have already made appointments for my whole family. Great doctor, great staff and beautiful office!

The staff lacks any knowledge of insurance. They will schedule you well pass your insurance maximum and then come after you for the exorbant amount they were unable to get from your insurance company. And certainly do not trust their quotes. Don't waste your time and money with Gassett, he and his staff are incompetent. My husband and I always came home complaining about the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Then they scheduled a procedure in December past our maximum that could have waited a couple weeks until January. Now they are after us for a grand which would have been covered if they scheduled it the next month. I can't believe we put up with them for a whole year. We've had enough of Gassett's shenanigans. I will be going back to my previous dentist no matter how far away he is.

The office itself is quite nice and the work that was performed was very satisfactory. Only issue seemed to be with the staff. I don't feel that the O.M. knew that much about my insurance and/or insurance in general, she seemed very unsure when answering questions I had (regarding frequencies of procedures w/my insurance) The assistants were helpful. Dr. Gassett was nice enough to me, however I did hear him getting a bit testy with someone else in the office. Could be a very nice place with just a little training.

The office staff needs improvement. I've had issues with billing and scheduling and have not been impressed. I've had both good and bad experiences with the dental assistants who seem to come and go frequently. The office and equipment are top notch. Dr Gassett seems to be an excellent dentist and has done good work for me. He could pay more attention to how he talks to patients, though.

I was charge for a 2nd cleaning within 2 weeks and was charge $80 and according to my(and most)Insurance companies, that cleaning was covered under my insurance plan... The office manager(Kathryn) was very unprofessional about me bringing this to her attention... All in a nutshell she clearly ripped me off and hasnt a clue what she's doing... She definately doesnt know how to "SMILE" either...
