He was hurried as most surgeons are. I didn't feel he listened to much I said as he asked questions that I had just answered. The second visit I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time to which one of the nurses indignantly replied that it is a surgical office, it should be expected to not be timely. After running a couple tests I was told over the phone that I would just have to live with the pain, he isn't going to touch it. I just can't reconcile myself with his thought that a persistent abdominal pain is nothing.

Dr.Hagan treated me, I believe, as professionally as Ive ever been treated. I felt that my questions were answered in a manner that I could understand. My dignity and self worth were intact throughout the entire interaction. I left feeling like a human, not a specimen.
