Dr, Nadrous is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is professional, caring, compassionate, and a great bedside manner. He gave me his undivided attention and kindly answered all my questions.

One of the most awful experiences with a Dr ever. Poor communication. Unclear policies and procedures. Complete lack of professionalism and it extends to some of the staff as well. Run away!

Seems the communication among staff members isn't effective. Got a call few days ago to schedule an update CPAP visit ... I already have one the first part of January. Couldn't they check my records before the call? A friend got a CPAP the same time I did ... from another provider. They "brought" the machine to his house, set it up and put a modem on it so he doesn't have to go back for them to get his usage records. I am required to take my "card" IN once a month for them to read it. What an inconvenience. Also - don't know yet if they are going to charge me for a Dr. visit or not. If they do, I am changing providers. Just not quite "state of the art" at this Dr.'s office. Staff is polite / Dr. very knowledgeable and concerned about my health. Just poor organizational setup.

I found Dr.Nadrous to be very courteous,extremely knowledgable, and compassionate. I felt he cared about me as a patient. He was extremely thorough and found problems that other doctors should have. His staff was also caring. I did not feel that I was just a number like so many other offices I have been in. He is the best!

Too many unnecessary test. If you run out of medication you have to have daily good luck getting them to call it in. The nurse doesn't care if you don't have your medication. That state they are required to give urine test each visit, this is NOT REQUIRED. ALONG WITH UNNECESSARY TEST, URINE TEST JUST ALLOWS NADROUS TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY.

Very Thorough when it comes to checking oxygen levels and such, but not very patient friendly. Very to the point. Did not care much to answer my questions as to much of anything. Took Forever to get seen. It wouldn't of been so bad if they weren't 2 hours late getting to me. I wish he took more time answering the patients questions. Did not have a decent bed-side manor, was just like I was a number.

I've been very pleased with Dr. Nadrous. He's thorough and takes the time needed to explain test results, planned therapies and reasoning behind decisions.
