I agree! Arrogant, abrasive and the staff were even worse! They called a doctor I wasn't even seeing and told them all about me trying to incite a problem. I was advised to sue because the punk from Argires office was calling me names! My doctor said he should have recorded it. He said he's never heard of any other office calling another digging for information like I did something wrong. Where do these people come from where they think they can pick up the phone, call every doctor or hospital and gossip about you? I wasn't allowed to speak to the surgeon 'cause this old guy does all the work but if you have questions, the punks in the office say "Patients aren't allowed to speak directly to our doctors, you have to go through us." I've never heard of not being able to speak to your OWN surgeon. Thank GOD I got some sense and found a better one a half hour east (much more competent and skilled and definitely more professional). Reminded me of used car office with everyone on crack!

I found him to be arrogant, abbrasive and condescending. He wanted no part of answering my questions but wanted to do all the talking. What a mistake for my wife to be treated by him!We had to get another surgeon to rectify his mess!

I had a stroke due to an auto accident, and Dr. James was wonderful. He explained what was wrong and was very caring. I would highly recommend him!
