I began seeing Dr. Block 20 years ago with my first pregnancy. I then moved about an hour away and chose a doctor in my area. I decided to start seeing her again about 15 years later (4 years ago) for help with gynecological issues. In the past few years, she has become way too busy, so she is harder to get in to see, and is very rushed when she is with me. I recently asked her about a test that was done in the past, she didn't know what I was talking about, nor did she offer to look it up. Not good follow through at all. I'm definitely switching!

I had a really poor experience at Clinic Sofia with Dr Block. I'm pregnant with my second now and at a new OB Clinic. I'm amazed at the difference between Dr Block and all of the Drs I've interacted with at my new clinic. I had a medical procedure done with Dr Block that is usually done with each subsequent pregnancy. I've come to learn from my new Drs and the Perinatologist they referred me to (Dr Block refused to refer me to a specialist even though it is standard procedure) that my first procedure was unnecessary. I can deal with that, the procedure was a safeguard and didn't hurt anything in the long run. What I still am annoyed about is that any questions I had regarding my procedure and my pregnancy were treated as an annoyance, frivolous, and ridiculous. I'm not stupid and being treated as I were still stings. My new OBs never, never make me feel stupid for asking questions and I could not be any happier. I was just there this morning and realizing again how much better

After having difficulty becoming pregnant I went to see Dr. Block at Clinic Sofia. She was so proactive, informative and aggressive in helping us. I am now 31 weeks pregnant and have been nothing but amazed with the clinic and her services. Dr. Block is amazing at what she does and we are so happy to have found her:)

very nice in person. But extremely busy and rushed. I did not have a very good experience with my first pregnancy. I do feel confident that she is a very knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Block is the most amazing doctor I have ever encountered! Not only is she highly recognized from different accreditations but she is a truly caring doctor. She was there throughout the delivery of my daughter and really listened to my needs. I even experienced some complications and everything turned out wonderfully. I don't think she forgets anything. Even now, on my yearly visits, she still recalls everything! It just amazes me :) She deserves so much more recognition for being so great! Highly recommend to anyone who is pregnant or looking for OBGYN care.

Best Doc. ever. She is kind, patient, helpful and caring. Her clinic is beautiful and her staff helpful and kind. I will never see another ob-gyn as long as Dr.Block is in practice.

Very good Dr that cares about you as a person as well as your health. Personalized, all-women practice. Very hard to get into because she is so popular. Delivers close to all of her patients babies.

I switched to Dr. Block after a vary unsavory experience with another OB. Dr. Block tries her best to deliver all her babies, she is soft spoken, very knowledgeable and just feels like a friend. As a patient you feel as if she is really taking in what you are saying - not just nodding and thinking about what is next. I love her as a doctor!
