Anew’s office manager and staff are the most disreputable and unprofessional staff with whom I’ve ever dealt. I canceled an appointment via their website messaging system. Even though I canceled a week in advance and have proof of the appointment cancellation - Anew sent me a $50 cancelation bill. I’ve called the office a few times and their office manager ducks, dodges, and avoids actually speaking on the phone to discuss this fraudulent charge. I work in healthcare and have never dealt with such a fraudulent practice. The physicians are either part of this scam, or are oblivious (yet responsible) for how their office staff are running their practice into the ground. I will not be going back to this office.

office does not have your best interest at heart. there are way too many patients for this one dr. you can't get seen and the dr rarely returns calls and you see a physician's assistant about 80% of the time you go in. the level of customer service is just horrible at this office. the front desk is actually the best and goes down from there.

Dr. Compton is a fine doctor, however her staff endangered my daughter's life by refusing her an appointment and refusing to treat her. The result was four visits to the ER, unbelievably high cost to us and a misdiagnosis that caused my daughter serious harm. Dr. Compton NEVER returned my calls to address the issue of her being out of town and her staff treating me rudely. Instead, she refused to discuss the matter and cancelled our participation with her as our doctor.

Dr Compton is an incredible Physician. She is compassionate and really listens. Her diagnosis are right on and she is really knows what she is doing. Most of all, I trust her. Why can't all Doctors be more like her?

I have been with Dr. Compton for over 10 years. Whoever I have referred to her has been very pleased with her professionalism, knowledge and personality. Everyone at their office is very helpful and professional. I don't think I have waited for her in the patient room for more than 45 seconds. Even when I switched jobs and my company made us use only Kaiser, I kept going to her and paying out of pocket because I knew I was gonna be in good hands.

Hands down the best Doctor ever. Our family loves her and will not settle for anyone else. She has laughed, cried and has been an amazing Doctor. She listens and you are able to ask other questions without scheduling another appointment. Our family loves her.
