Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Cates is in practice with my regular doctor, Lara Salyer. He is ok. I trust his knowledge and competence. Dr. Salyer - who for some strange reason is not listed on this site - is absolutely amazing and fantastic! I cannot say enough good about her.
