Not at all professional and bothered about your time and/or condition. She will make you wait forever. I have been to many doctors in my life and till date I have never seen anyone like Dr. Duggal. God save you if you go to her!

I moved to the east bay area three years ago and was so blessed to find this great doctor! Dr. Eena Duggal has been a huge supporting force since I have been under her care. Every time I see her, she asks relevant questions and is certain to make sure she is engaging in meaningful conversations with me. Eena has been very respectful of my personal life and has always provided solutions especially when I felt hopeless. If you are looking for an excellent physician who truly cares about you, look no further. God bless you Dr. Duggal! You are an amazing physician. Thank you for all you do.

Wait time > 1 hour. They couldn't get the billing right. They always tried to charge me twice. Very rude receptionist and billing department.

Horrible Horrible Experience. I bring my two children here. I always waited in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes then transferred to a room were I wait for an additional 30 minutes, at least, while trying to entertain my kids unsuccessfully. Her billing methods are not right either. She always billed for a doctor visit even if we only saw the nurse for shots. Her explanation was that they were allowed to, meaning the health insurance would pay it if they billed it that way, forcing us to pay a co pay. She didn't care that it was wrong and cost us extra money. When I called the Health Insurance they said that she should not be billing our nurse only visits that way. I told her but she gave the same excuse. I think she's only out to make a profit. Their billing is always a mess like another user mentioned we were always sent a bill for a co-pay that we already paid. We had to provide proof that we paid, they couldn't manage to. That's not right.

I have been a patient at Dr. Duggal's office for a long time. Her receptionist is very rude and never smiles and the other doctor's that work there have no idea what they are doing. Every time I make an appointment I have to plan for an hour and half to two hours because they make me wait so long. One time I had an appointment with Dr. Duggal herself and when I was scheduled for a follow-up they had me see a different doctor. She had no idea why I was coming back and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes to see Dr. Duggal anyway. To top it all off, after every appointment I get a bill in the mail saying I didn't pay my co-pay and I have to call and let them know that I did. Do not go to this doctor's office. You will be very disappointed that you did.

She's organized and easy to talk to and really seems to care. I've seen other dr's in her office when she was unavailable and they were pleasant too.

Wonderfull doctor. Great follow-up. Only problem is that it's usually a 30 min wait to see her.
