Takes forever to get an appointment. Understaff and rude. Depending on who you are is how much time the Dr. Actually spends time listening to you.

I had a stroke when I entered in Dr. Kheradyar's care. He seems really very intelligent but not smart in training his office staff. They are terrible. Never answer the phone nor do they act on messages left. I do not know how he makes a living when one cannot make an appointment ever. It is a sad state actually.

Doctor Kheradyar does not return call. His staff do not pick up calls. Poor social skills. I did get the sense that he cares. His grade is "F" in my opinion in everything.

Very difficult to speak with Dr or his staff. If you have an urgent medical situation, I would suggest you not use this Dr.

If you enjoy listening to the phone ring off the hook while waiting to see him and waiting weeks for test results or days for him to respond to an important call, than this is your office and dr. So far I have been very irritated with this office. I wondered why the phone rang and rang when I initially tried to make my appointments once my referral came through. If you have a serious concern for your own head, go some where else. You might have a stroke or something by the time your calls get responded to by this dr. Initially I liked him a lot. It has been very uncomfortable waiting for results from his tests. Rediculous!!!

Dr. Kheradyar treats my elderly parent post TIA. He is very attentive, concerned and has a great attitude.
