First rate cardiologist.... I go for a yearly checkup and could not be more satisfied. Although, I do not have any heart problems! I still go annually for a check up just to be on the safe side...

I have had very good results with Dr. Pepper & think he is an excellent doctor. I have always had to wait at least 30 minutes for my appointment. His staff at the Sugar Land location is very helpful, friendly & accommodating.

The office manager from the west houston location never returned our called to schedule the test he's suggested a bunch of b.s from the staff .
Please don't go there

I really want to recommend, but so much is to be desired. I've been told if you have a heart condition like mine, he is the doctor you want. But the lack of respect for patient time, the scheduling mix ups and mistakes, the lack of knowledge of the staff, the failure to promptly return calls, the very short appointments when you feel his time is so much more valuable than you having questions as a patient. I never feel a sense of urgency, when i show up well before my appointment time, but i always feel the sense of urgency to get me out of the office. This is very frustrating. When you're dealing with something like a heart problem the last thing you should worry about is frustrations with your doctor's office. It's very upsetting. To feel that as a patient with questions about your health, you're inconveniencing your doctor and their staff.

I waited for almost an hour before I saw the Doctor. When I finally saw the doctor he spent less than 2 minutes speaking to me and was not very open to me asking questions. He was very abrupt and gave little explanation about my results. I would never recommend him.

Hour plus wait for everyone in room. Doctor forgot why I was there and left before signing for my prescription (had to track him down). Staff rude and seems not to be knowledgeable. Waiting room uncomfortable. Avoid this office!

During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was a big help.Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!
