The office as whole is very questionable. But I love the Dr, even if she is sometimes late! Though I rarely get called back by the nurses when I leave a messages or even speak with them and my concerns don't seem to be met or cared for by them. As for the front desk, they are very sweet and helpful when I call or go in. Yes the front window is mostly closed but I have worked in that position before and there are certain HIPAA laws that make them keep it closed due to patient confidentiality and other health laws. Considering the people/patients that go in to that office (that's why I find it questionable!) I would understand the reason for the closed window even if there wasn't a law, I've definitely seen a lot of LOUD, colorful and rude people come in. Overall I love the the front staff and Dr. Dallal so i would recommend her to my friends and family!

The practice as a whole has shown many red flags. My most recent concern was when my pharmacy request a refill TWICE and yet a over week later I call only to find out while speaking with the LVN that it was in her "to do" folder. She stated she was the only nurse last week & has been for the last month. As a patient this concerns me. It's a reflection of incompetence not only on her behalf but shows the lak o team work. For a few years I was seein Dr. Tadros; suddenly and with no notice when I called to make a follow up appt. she was no longer with the practice. Not one staff member could give me a straight answer as to where she went or why she left. Ultimately I continued as a patient here because of Dr. Sherine Tadros; she had EXCELLENT bedside manner and always listened to my concerns and went above and beyond patient quality care. I felt extremely comfortable w/ her; as she was genuine.. Front desk; the window is ALWAYS CLOSED when you arrive/sign in & the girls are rude.

Dr. Dallal is a very good doctor and is female (not M as documented). She is on-time and listens to you. I was a patient of hers for many years and was pleased with her.

I was seen 1 1/2 hr after my scheduled appt. time. The doctor sat in the exam room with me and talked on her cell phone in some foreign language, then got up and left. She never came back, the nurse came in and gave my prescriptions and the girls at the front desk we very short.
