We went to Dr Wilcox & his Assoc. for 10+ years. A couple of nurses are great but the office staff & most everyone else desperately needs help with people skills. This is the rudest office staff I have ever seen. Dr Wilcox, himself, has a horrible bedside manner, is rude and condescending. He rushes in, rushes through the exam, cuts you off, and won't allow you to list more than a couple of complaints. You must make separate appointments for different complaints. He made me feel stupid when trying to explain anything. I once described a pain as "growing pains", and told me I had no idea what I was talking and told me there was no such thing. After this initial visit, I only saw his P,A,/Nurse Pract.(my choice). Mrs Smith has a "I am better than everyone" attitude and will always be "booked" if she doesn't care for you or like you much, but Mrs Rory is an angel and the only decent person in that whole place other than a couple of nurses. All the other good ones left after a brief stay.

they are all rude. They do not take care of you if you have a urgent need. They do not make the referrals all the time. They don't care if you have questions.

Dr Wilcox was very knowledgeable and gave me options based not on just my physical needs , but also my financial costs. Only thing though, when I call the office I have to leave a message and wait for a response.
