Dr. D has been my GP for 8 years and she's never done me wrong. She's caught some nasty situations before they got really ugly. She picked up on my symptoms and got me to the ER when I had a deadly bacteria from a tick that would've killed me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a GP.

Dr. Donch saved my life. I came to her with two seemingly unrelated issues and she put the pieces together realizing that I was in serious danger and urged me to the ER. I received the care I needed because she was patient and thoughtful and not rushing me out to the door to see her next patient which is often the experience I have when I see doctors, generalists and specialists alike. I've returned to her for other issues and had positive experiences. Her staff is small, and reading the other comments, it's not unsurprising that phone calls may or may not be responded to within 24 hours. In my experience that's fairly normal in the medical field. If I had to choose between an "on it" doctor and an "on it" secretary, I'll take the doctor.

Doctor Donch was my doctor for several years. I finally left because of a medication mix up, the kind of which could have been very harmful. When I called about the mistake, her receptionist and nurse were extremely rude and uncaring. When Dr. Donch called back, she was less than concerned about the fact that she forgot to refill my perscriptions from my appointment the
prior that week. I was relieved that's she did call back, after her horrible staff was of no help. I believe that despite her lack of a bedside manner, Dr. Donch is a good doctor. However, her staff are the main reason not to go back. Unfriendly receptionist and very unhappy, bitter acting technician.

I love Dr. Donch and her staff and having had several health issues over a 25 year period I have been to a lot of doctors. She actually has taken me off of some med's and is very thorough. Always on time, remembers to ask me about past issues and never forgets to write a script. I usually can get in within a few days when I call for an appointment. My husband goes to her, as well and I am sending my adult son next.

This was one of my worst DR experiences. She completely dismissed my concerns over heart palpitations I had for nearly a year. She kept prescribing antidepressants. Eventually I went to another DR who actually listened to me and hooked my up to a heart monitor and discovered that I have 5 different arrhythmias and that some of the antidepressants that she prescribed actually made them worse. Her lack of caring and ability to listen to my repeated requests for an EKG or Holter monitor could have killed me, according to my cardiologist, and very like did cause permanent damage to my heart because I did not get the appropriate treatment soon enough. I would never recommend her and I hope for the sake of other peoples health she goes quickly out of business. Terrible doctor and the staff is very rude as well.

Dr. Donch is very helpful and knowledgeable; I have been a patient of hers for some time. But her nurses need to wear gloves when handling medical instruments and when drawing blood. I have brought this to her attention in the past but when I went in for my pap…the nurse still DID NOT wear gloves when prepping the equipment. If this happens again I will have no choice but to report her.

I went in for a routine physical examination that was supposed to be free and noted as preventative maintenance. I came in and the nurse ran me through the gambit of things. She drew blood and then said she would call me back if there were no issues. She then ordered every test there was known to the lab. In the end, my free physical cost me $60 out of pocket because they called for tests that were not agreed on. It is a small office and otherwise is fine, however, it is frustrating that tests were ordered without my consent that I am stuck with the bill.

Had mixed results, but mostly a downhill slide in service. Easy to get an appt and knowledgeable, but service after the appt is pretty horrible. I hope for her sake she turns the practice around.

Dr. Donch has always been thoughtful and helpful and good about explaining what she was doing. I have received good care from her and she is a very big proponent of maintaining health. I love to read all of the articles on her walls.

This doctor was horrible and her staff is extremely rude!!! She forgot to perscribe some medication (the kind you NEED one every day). She wrote it up month to month when it was supossed to be longer, when the meds ran out and a new one was needed, she didn't return phone calls, her staff was rude when we called and it was a nightmare which resulted in some very unhealthy moments. Instead of apologizing (she never once called or got on the phone) her staff was rude to us. We will never go back to her again! Not having the medicine could have had some serious negative effects .... she's lucky they didn't occur because we could have sued her!
