Dr. John saved our childs life. Hes professional but warm, caring and knowledgeable, able to listen empathetically. Our child, whos been afraid of "white coats" and medical environments in the past because of all the surgeries, tests and unpleasant events he doesnt understand, doesnt mind seeing Dr. John! This may not seem like much, but its huge for us. Dr. John may be one of the smartest people Ive ever met. Knows his culture besides medicine, and knows human nature as well as human bodies. We love Dr. John!

We love Dr. John. He's bright, caring, funny, and able to tell us what's happening with our baby without confusing us or patronizing us. He's open to discussion but willing to say "if this were my child, this is what I would do". He gives us hope! And keeps our energy up. He spends a lot of energy on our needs, and is fantastic with follow-up.
