DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! I had him do a routine bunion surgery operation and five months later, my foot is way worse. the daily pain is unacceptable and is way worse than before my surgery.

Dr.Speciale is kind and very knowledgeable
in the field of Podiatry. He has helped me to be able to wear shoes comfortably and to walk without foot pain. It is easy to talk with him about any podiatry problems I have. Yes, I highly recommend Dr. Speciale.

In the middle of the visit Dr. Speciale started spouting off political nonsense and trying to scare his elderly patient. It was totally unnecessary and wasn't even part of the pleasantries we were having at the beginning of the visit. There was absolutely no need for it! Other patients might have been too scared to say anything, but I let him know that I didn't appreciate his unwarranted fearmongering.

I have used Dr. Speciale for the last 5 years. Excellent Dr. with the utmost professionalism. I am so sad he is leaving the Houston area...South Carolina, you guys just acquired a very compassionate and excellent Dr.

I have used Dr. Speciale for 8 years. HE'S AWESOME! He helped save my foot that others wanted to amputate and due to his mutliple times of patience with me I still walk on this foot today. I will follow him in a practice ANYWHERE! Wake up Texas! Dr. Speciale is a source of info on Diabetic foot care! Don't leave us because I believe in You! Geri

Dr. Speciale is not very compassionate or attentive towards his patients. He was more interested in examining the X-ray with his residency student, than to answer patient's complain and discuss relief options. All I was told is that I have to get diabetic shoes, which I can order through his nurse. Well, I came to the podiatrist to alleviate my pain that is beyond shoes.

Dr. Vito is very kind and professional. He is very involved in patient care and does not just run in and out and let his staff do it all. He answers questions thoroughly and communicates very well. Would definitely recommend him if you need a podiatrist!

I saw him with my daughter who has a significant deformity that so many other doctors blew off. In my opinion they were afraid to take on the task to fix it. He fixed it and now the pain is gone and the deformity is much better. I knew he was the right guy the way he explained it to the residents following him that day in clinic. He is a great surgeon and really cares for his patients. I recommend him highly!!
