I have been a patient of Dr. LaFazia for over 30 years. When I have a problem he will see me the same day. You never have to wait to get an appointment. That's important to me, because if I am sick now I don't need an appointment in two weeks! He is very knowlegdeable and personal. He cares about you and will prescribe the best possible treatment / medication for you.

#1....If you read the negative comments below, please note that most of the reviews suffer from a severe case of grammar and spelling deficiency. They are obviously confusing a family doctor with God. In addition....this is downtown West Warwick not the East Side of Providence, Barrington. Life is hard there and some of his patients reflect that condition. So what? #2...I have gone to Dr. Lafazia for some twenty years and he has always treated me with respect while in the office and has directed me to several specialists that have turned out to be excellent choices. The negative review folks should probably listen a little more and exhibit a little personal responsibility for their health conditions. Bottom line...if you want help, go to a doctor. If you want miracles....read the Bible and pray hard. Is he blunt...yes (refreshing!). Is he knowledgeable...yes. Is he always 100% right....who is?

Terrible dr left him. Kept telling me my blood labs were good. I got suspicious and got copies. They weren't good. Flirts all the time. Puts u down, instead of helping u.

Stuck on himself and loves talking about his relationship more then the patients. Also hits on the women patience even his nurse practitioner Lou and Kelly knows all about a man doesn't like them. sSummer villa is a assistant living which is a horrible place to send your loved ones he has all the patients in there and half of them are on drugs or drug addicted and he just goes there and give them more drugs. he's a horrible Dr I would never recommend him to anybody.

Okay, so the receptionists are unprofessional and rude, but Frank LaFazia is a great doctor! He is very knowledgable, and reads a lot about what is currently going on in all types of medicine. The wait to see him is always fairly long, but it's because he sees EVERYONE. He is a caring man, even if he comes across as being blunt.

20+ years I've been a pt of Dr. LaFazia, he is personable, sincere, caring and knowledgeable. Wait time is sometimes long, but well worth it. If you want a dr who rushes you in, and rushes you out, Dr. LaFazia is not the dr. for you... he doesn't push pills on you, he LISTENS and reacts to what your needs are. I have 100% trust in him, I highly reccommend him to anyone who is looking for a competent, down to earth, always dependable physician.

This doctor is a joke. He misdiagnosed my mother. She seen him all the time due to pain that she was having. Also her liver functions were always high. All he did was tell her she needed to stop drinking my mother never drank. And as for the pain just gave her pain meds. When my mother had enough he then sent her for tests. She passed away 2weeks later. And when she was in the hospital he would not even talk to us he avoided us. So if you need a doctor for the sniffles hes your doctor but let me tell you he is stuck on him self not interested in helping you. He is why my mother is not hear now. We did not even get to say good by.

I absolutely love Dr. Lafazia and Dr.Kelly, I have been going to them for 3 years now. I find them both to be very knowledgeable, and they actual listen to me when I talk, and neither are pill pushers. They decide what is best for me, and Luanne Kelly for the past few months now has helped me to get my Diabetes in control. I do recommend both of them to anyone who wants a dr. that listens and works for you not the Insurance company.
