Dr. Cascione's focus is on getting you on one of the expensive treatments. His thing is getting the perks from the drug companies. He is smart, and takes time with you, but his focus on getting the goodies from the drug companies may outweigh what is really the best treatment for you. Just keep that in mind.

Dr. Cascione is the best! I can only say that I was very lucky to have found him. I have had MS for 15 years and his care for the last six years have helped me to better to stand such an annoying illness.

Doctor Cascione is the Best! Very knowledgeable, patient, genuinely concerned and professional. He honestly cares and there isn't a better Neurologist. The best in caring for people with MS.

Was hung up on 5 times trying to make an appt. RUDE STAFF.... Not sure how the actual Dr is, as the staff never gave me a chance. The person who answered the phone was short with me and rude.

Dr. Cascione is attentive and I trust his judgment implicitly. I go out of my way, driving over 100 miles roundtrip to see Dr. Cascione .... You won't be disappointed :)

Dr. Cascione is great! His nurse is also wonderful. The staff at the check-out desk could be better. But, overall, good experience.

Excellent MS Specialist, also one of the primary physicians in charge of Axiom Clinical Trials - a clinical trial organization conducting trials on MS, and many other neurological related illnesses.Could not recommend him more highly - he is EXCELLENT !!!

Awesome doctor! His nurse Annette is terrific, as is the entire staff. I've been to other neuros thru the years and in FL and other states - Dr. C is the best. He is caring and compassionate, and has never once rushed thru an appt, so if I ever have to wait (which I haven't so far), I'll know it's because he's giving his all to another patient the way he does for me. Calls are returned within a couple of hours or less - huge difference from my previous neuro. I truly value and appreciate Dr. C and his staff.
