I made the appointment over a month before, the office never called the day prior like all drs. have done for the last two decades. I had a 230pm appointment , wasn't seen till 3:35 pm. I told the Dr.'s nurse my problems. It was as if she didn't tell the Dr. He acted as if I couldn't afford anything yet I seem to come up with the money to pay my own insurance. He offered nothing more than buying stuff at Walmart for my foot problem or, which he doubt I could afford, but can, a $400-500 solution at ANOTHER office. And because he was late to my appointment I was rushed along by him. What a total waste of time and MONEY.

Excellent care from the time I hopped in on crutches to the time I left. Friendly and helpful staff and Dr. Sarnow is knowledgeable, takes his time with you as a patient and makes it clear about what you need to know and what is happening. First visit. Very impressed.

Dr. Sarnow and his staff have worked with my daughter over the past year. She has had a couple of surgeries and and injury to her foot. Everyone has been great to work with. They take the time to listen to her concerns, make her feel comfortable and help her through as surgery can be a difficult time for a child.

Dr. Sarnow operated on my foot to eradicate pain that the other local podiatrist said could not be fixed. His personality and knowledge is phenomenal!!!! Marvelous doctor.

Worst doctor visit. I waited over 30 minutes in an exam room and when I finally went to ask how much longer the doctor would be I found him chatting with his secretary. Turns out they'd forgotten I was there. What??? Then Dr. Sarnow handled my injury so roughly that I had to tell him he was really hurting me. He didn't seem to care because he didn't even attempt to be more gentle. In the end he dismissed the injury as nothing serious, even though he wanted me to go and get an x-ray. Turns out his diagnosis was way off base, as proven by a real doctor. I was pretty upset that this visit turned out the complete opposite of the reviews I'd read.

Dr.Sarnow is , in a word.... AWESOME!!! He knows What he's doing. He knows things up and above his specialty. Dr.Sarnow was always there if I needed him (and that was a lot). He did a great job with my issues and my health in general. Thanks!!! Shelley D.

Dr Sarnow is the kindest, most caring Dr I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His entire staff goes far past any expectations I could ever have. He has made my wife and I feel more like friends than a number. God bless you Dr. Sarnow................ Rick and Robin
