Dr. Filion is a compassionate, caring, and hardworking doctor. Very attentive and willing to do anything to help. Easy to book appointments. It is a busy practice for a good reason, very well run.

Dr. Filion is a disappointment. For over a year now I have been contemplating changing doctors. After visiting with her several times for a continuous problem, I still have not gotten it resolved. She doesn't seem truly concerned. The office staff immediately puts you on hold and leaves you there to get an appointment by phone. Again, all have been a disappointment to me, so much so, that I am now looking for another doctor who will manage my health in a better manner.

Dr. Filion does not provide adequate medical care. Once in a while it looks as if she is interested in your care. But when you leave the office with the same issues you walked in with, she does not care. I referred myself to specialists and for second opinions which helped me get the correct diagnosis, the correct treatment, and eventually get healthy. She seemed unconcerned that she misdiagnosed and mismanaged my health. Not only do I strongly urge people not to use her for primary care, if you have any inkling you need more help than you are getting, I validate your experience and encourage you to find a better doctor.

Dr Filion is a great doctor. She found somthing two other doctors overlooked. The new office buliding is beautiful. The office staff is always very helpful. And the best part about the office is I can always get a appointment on the same day if i am sick because there are others doctors in the office.

She is very friendly however in a big rush. At physicals does not give you a chance to tell her all the items you wanted to speak about. She must have an allotted amount of time to spend. You must follow up yourself with the staff for results. They have told me things that were incorrect too.

While the doctors are friendly and courteous, the office staff is not. Visits are very rushed as they overbook and do not spend a lot of time with the patient. Office staff makes mistakes, does not give receipts and then you get bills in the mail for visits and copays you already paid. Forms and refills take forever to be done. I switched to another practice - they requested my records; over 6 weeks have gone by, still no records after several requests.

Love Dr. Filion, Rehberg & Keating. Office staff however is often rude and makes frequent mistakes. You can get left on hold for a very long time. If you don't ask for a receipt be careful. It will come back to haunt you. Billing office will send you to collection for 10.00.
