This Dr. gave patient wrong rx. Dr had wrong chart when seeing patient. Treated patient according what was on chart and apparently not by looking at patient. Because, patient does not have any symptoms of the condition in the chart. When confronted the next day by phone, office just acknowledged yes, we realized it after patient left. Seriously, I cannot believe that didn't warrant a follow up phone call. I do not recommend this practice.
